Refund policy

Here at Liz Maree Boutique, we value our customers and strive to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If for some reason you would like to return your order, please contact our Customer Care team by email at contact@lizmareeboutique.com. Please provide your name and the order number when you contact our team.  

Original order shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once you have contacted Customer Care, we will provide you a return shipping label via email to return by mail. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount. There is no restocking fee on returns. Please allow our team 2-4 business days to process your return once it has been received. 

Below are the qualifications for returning an item:

  • Item must be in a new condition with the original tag attached. The item must also be unworn, unaltered and undamaged.
  • The item must be returned within 14 days of the ship date.

Returns are not accepted on:

  • Customized items
  • Jewelry
  • All clearance and sale items
  • Giveaway Items

Exchanges:

We will be happy to offer an exchange. Email us at contact@lizmareeboutique.com to arrange an exchange! Please note that if the item you are needing is not in stock when we receive your exchange, we will issue you a store credit via gift card. 

Order Cancellations:

You can request to cancel your order within one hour after purchasing. To cancel your order, please email contact@lizmareeboutique.com. 

Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items:

If there is an issue with your order, please contact our team via email at contact@lizmareeboutique.com. We will be glad resolve any issues! 

Refund Processing Time:

As soon as we receive your returned merchandise and it meets our return policy requirements, we will refund your order to the original form of payment. Once your return is delivered, please allow 2-4 business days for it to be processed and refunded. Also, please note, it may take your bank or credit card provider 7-10 business days to reflect your refund on your statement.
